液壓隔膜計量泵也叫柱塞隔膜計量泵的一種，是結合柱塞式計量泵和隔膜式計量泵的特點而設計的一種計量泵。該計量泵與被計量介質介質接觸部分為隔膜，而驅動部分為液壓柱塞。由于隔膜根據被計量介質的不同可選用不同的材質，如海波隆（CSM）、氟化橡膠（FPM）、泰氟隆（PTFE）等，而液壓驅動可實現高壓計量的需要，所以柱塞隔膜計量泵的使用領域和工礦壓力大大提高。

KAYSEN凱森公司系列的柱塞隔膜計量泵便是這一種類型的計量泵的杰出代表。該計量泵集中了隔膜式計量泵和活塞式計量泵的所有特點，既滿足了用戶對出口壓力的要求（*可達100巴），又解決了腐蝕性介質的計量要求。
該計量泵的流量不隨壓力變化，在工作狀態和非工作狀態下均可進行0－100%的線性調節。
一泵雙頭設計，使一臺泵同時用不同的計量量計量不同介質的應用成為現實，既節省了空間，又降低了成本。
鏡面反照式設計，使活塞法蘭及計量頭在驅動齒輪左右兩側均可自由安裝，現場安裝靈活。
模塊式設計使現場安裝及維護變得非常便捷。
產品內置過壓安全保護閥，省去了一般計量泵安裝旁路的麻煩，既節省了空間，又增加了產品使用的安全性。
