德國KAYSEN凱森進口立式軸流泵概述
單級立式軸流泵轉子軸和軸承等裝配采用熱壓式裝配，主要零部件和關鍵部件均在數控加工中心加工，在流水線上進行質量控制，在質量檢測中心進行性能測試；鑄造運用先進的模具制造技術，采用亞什蘭工藝制芯，三維空間尺寸精度準確，水力部件和葉片流道部件表面光滑、水力效率高，使零部件在制造過程中完全符合設計要求。
主要特點：
進口立式軸流泵軸采用 碳素鋼制成，它藉上下兩只橡皮（或塑料）軸承來支承。運轉過程中,提供了用水來潤滑軸承的良好條件。泵軸上端的一只軸承，因多半高出水面，所以在填料涵（或密封蓋）上裝一短管，供起動前灌輸清水潤滑該軸承之用（待起動出水后，灌水即可停止）。軸承頸部是一 碳素鋼的軸套，表面涂有硬鉻，以提高耐磨性和抗蝕性。其它主要零件如：喇叭管、葉輪座、葉輪外殼、導葉體、軸承座、彎管、填料涵（或密封蓋）和聯軸器等均用鑄鐵制造。填料涵內裝有填料，密封蓋內裝有橡膠密封圈，以提高水的密封性。泵軸一端裝有一對剛性聯軸器，用左螺紋（倒牙）螺母固緊，全調節型泵用卡環固定。水泵葉輪的轉向，朝吸入口看，為逆時針方向。水泵的葉輪外殼（或連于導葉體、進水喇叭上）與葉輪的兩相鄰表面，均呈圓球形面。這樣保證葉片在任何安裝角度時，葉輪處圓與泵殼之間有很小的空隙，以減少回流水量損失。概據使用需要，該型水泵可按：“工作性能表"增速或降速使用或調節葉片的安裝角度,變更流量及揚程，擴大使用范圍。葉片采用 鑄鐵制造，葉輪均經靜平衡校驗出廠。葉片用葉片螺母（或葉片緊圈）固緊于葉輪座上，葉片與葉輪座相鄰表面有角度線。水泵出廠時，葉片之安裝角度均多為“零”度，用戶可根據需要，按照性能表自行調整葉片安裝角度。
